Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders. Usually, all orders are disptached within 24 hours. For COD orders, We will call you before dispatching the order.

Delivery time 

All orders are shipped through express couriers wherein delivery are expected by 2 to 7 days depending upon the location of the customer. Transit time may be delayed during festive time. 

Return & Refund

We offer a 7-days no hassle return & exchange policy:

If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note that we will not accept return or replacement request in case plastic cover from glass or strap has been removed, though you can try watch in your hand.

Our return/exchange policy is valid 7 days from receipt of the item. Orders returned after this date will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the customer at their cost.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. You can try the product but please do not remove plastic wrap from the glasses or strap. 

After accepting the return request, we will intiate return pickup through our vendor courier. It may take 4-7 days for the returned product to reach our warehouse. We will issue refund within 24 hours after recieving the returned product in our warehouse.

Refunds will be made to original source in case of prepayment. in case of COD orders, customer need to share Bank details for refund.

In rare cases, we allow out of policy returns, however a restock charges of Rs 1000 will apply.

Due to ongoing Covid situation, we are unavailable on call support. 

All of our watches come with a 1 Year movement warranty from the date you receive your watch. The warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers' defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Within that period your watch will be repaired free of charge (except for return shipping & handling fee) if any issue with the movement occurs. Please note that the warranty does not cover the case, glass or band/strap.

We cannot accept any liability for damage or loss caused in transit. Please note that damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect, inexpert repairs, normal wear and tear or theft is not covered.

We will charge a small fees of Rs 300 per product for forward and return shipping.
